Kevin Grow was born with Down Syndrome. He is an 18 year old that goes to Bensalem High School and has been the team manager for the high schools basketball team. On senior night they had him suit up and play. After scoring three points during that game, the team put him in again for the last game of the season, where Kevin ended up scoring 14 points including a 3 pointer at the buzzer.

Once this story got out it wasn’t long for the Philadelphia 76ers to hear about this. The Sixers manager ask Kevin to sign a two-day contract to join the team. He practiced with them, got his own locker and jersey, and was introduced at the beginning of the game.
